DESCRIPTION
Allure Melangers with granite millstones are used for grinding cocoa-nibs, mixing ingredients and conching chocolate mass. In addition to the chocolate, using Allure Melangers, you can make pastes, ganaches, pralines, urbeches and other eco-products. Our Melangers are equipped with a system for controlling the temperature of the processed product, a system for controlling the rotation speed of the bowl and a pneumatic system for controlling the pressure force of the millstones to the granite bottom of the bowl. The lineup includes the Melangers for home use (the "JR" series) and the professional "M" series. The capacity of the professional equipment ranges from 30 to 80 kg of chocolate mass. Equipment and processes are certified according to standards: EAC; CE; Reg.EC 1935/2004; ISO 22000-2005.
