Crusher-Separator is designed for crushing of roasted cocoa-beans with simultaneous separation of husks (cocoa-vella). The result is a cocoa-nibs 3-5 mm in size. The cocoa-nibs is a raw material for the manufacture of chocolate, its grinding is carried out in the Melangers.
