La empresa fue fundada en el año 2000 en Rusia. La actividad principal es la elaboración de productos alimenticios dietéticos, enriquecidos y para diabéticos, así como el suministro de materias primas a la industria alimentaria. En su propia fábrica en Moscú se elaboran 5 tipos de productos principales: 1) sustitutos del azúcar en tabletas, polvo y en forma líquida (stevia, sucralosa, fructosa, eritritol, maltitol, isomalt, aspartamo, sacarina, ciclamato, sorbitol, azúcar de uva); 2) Barritas de frutas y nueces con composición 100 % natural, con inulina prebiótica; 3) granola sin azúcar y muesli de miel; 4) bebidas de achicoria; 5) porciones de avena proteica. Los productos son fabricados bajo 4 marcas: NOVASWEET®, CHIKOROFF®, BIONOVA®, OL'LITE®.
