تأسست الشركة في عام 2000 في روسيا. النشاط الرئيسي هو إنتاج غذاء الحمية الغذائية ولمرضى السكري والمنتجات الغذائية المخصبة وتوريد المواد الخام في صناعة المواد الغذائية. في مصنعها الخاص في موسكو يتم تصنيع 5 أنواع رئيسية من المنتجات: 1) بدائل السكر في أقراص ومسحوق وفي شكل سائل (ستيفيا ، سوكرالوسي، سكر الفواكه، إريثريتول، مالتيتول، إيزومالت، أسبرتيم، سكارين، سيكلامات، سوربيتول، سكر عنب)؛ 2) أصابع الفاكهة والجوز مع تكوين طبيعي 100 ٪ ، مع الاينولين 3) الجرانولا الخالية من السكر وعسل الموسيلي. 4) مشروبات الهندباء. 5) أجزاء بروتين عصيدة. يتم تصنيع المنتجات تحت 4 علامات تجارية: NOVASWEET® ، CHIKOROFF® ، BIONOVA® ، OL'LIGHT®.
