5X One-Step RT-PCR Mastermix is a universal ready-to-use reagent for the diagnostics of various diseases by quantitative RT-PCR with real-time detection of results. The main feature of 5X One-Step RT-PCR Mastermix is that the reverse transcription (RT) stage and the subsequent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) are carried out in a one tube, which greatly simplifies the analysis. Using 5X One-Step RT-PCR Mastermix for performing RT-PCR provides reproducible results with high sensitivity (single copies of RNA). The premix also provides multiplex PCR (up to 4 simultaneously-detected targets).
