The line is intended for manufacturing of basalt-composite minirebar and its modifications. The line is the next set of equipment, consistently mounted on a single frame: 1. Rack for bobbins with roving (creel). It is a rectangular frame with five shelves. In the rack there is a place for 12 bobbins for each shelf. 2. Roving heating device. It is a cabin with three quartz lamps inside. 3. Bath for impregnating roving with binder. Above the bath, there is remaining binder extraction system from the roving. 4. Roving heating device. 5. Width forming device with relief winding feature. 6. Sand spread installation/ 7. Sintering furnace. It is the unit, which consists of three heating elements and temperature detector. Quantity – 6pcs. for line. 8. Cooling device. 9. Rebar pooling device. 10. Cutting mechanism. 11. Tray for end products. 12. Operating panel. 13. Distribution cabinet. 14. Frame. The bearing construction on which units of production line are assembled.
