The line is intended for manufacturing of basalt fiber and its modifications. The line is the next set of equipment, consistently mounted on a single frame. From the rack for the bobbins with roving through the distribution and pulling device, the basalt fiber is fed to the cutting device, where the cuttings are cut into certain lengths. The obtained segments enter the assembly hopper and further into the packing and packing unit. The line is controlled using the control panel, which is a screen with the touch pad technology. Near the line there is a floor distributive cabinet for the installation of components and electrical wiring. The complete equipment in the form of a modular design on a single frame, implemented by the engineers of JSC "Basalt projects", solves the issues of quick assembly, commissioning and adjustment of equipment. A rack with materials for the line simultaneously holds up to 60 coils with basalt roving, which increases the time of continuous production.
