The line is intended for manufacturing of basalt-composite profiles and its modifications. The main characteristics: the length - 36 m., productivity 3-8 m/min., power 25 kW. The line is the next set of equipment, consistently mounted on a single frame: 1. Rack for bobbins with roving (creel). It is a rectangular frame with five shelves. In the rack there is a place for 12 bobbins for each shelf. 2. Preforming device. It serves to shape and level the basalt fibers. 3. The injection unit. In the injection block impregnation of reinforcing basalt fibers with a polymer occurs. 4. Filler. Filler is a specially designed form where resin impregnated basalt fibers harden and turn into a finished product. 5. Pulling machine. The pulling machine with the hydro-intercept system is one of the important parts of the pultrusion line, which is designed for the timely drawing of the molded product. 6. Cutting mechanism. 7. Operating panel.
