Abigail is a young woman living in a city which, many years earlier, experienced an epidemic of a mysterious illness and was subsequently sealed off from the outside world by the government. One day Abigail discovers she has magical powers and finds out that her city is actually full of magic, and the epidemic was just a cover for the authorities to take away anyone with the gift. Abby decides to find her father was taken away when she was a child due to this illness.
