DESCRIPTION
Cheese factory was designed to preparation cheese grains from milk as a raw material. Cheesemaking involves a number of main stages that are common to most types of cheese: heating and pasteurization milk; cooling milk to the required temperature and mixing with rennet; maintaining the required temperature for the formation of a cheese bunch; cuting with special cutting tools into small cubes of the desired size-primarily to facilitate expulsion of whey; the curd grains are subjected to mechanical treatment with stirring tools, while at the same time the curd is heated, according to a pre-set program; repcated slow heating of the curd.
