The Experio team designed and developed a business process management system related to the work of the IT department and other departments of the organization. The web portal, adapted for use on both desktop PCs and smartphones and tablets, operates on the basis of the OTRS system, significantly expanding its functionality. A modern interactive interface allows employees to create and track requests for services from company departments, and also implements all the necessary set of functions related to the coordination and execution of applications by responsible persons.
