ABOUT
JSC scientific development and production center Orion specializes in the development and production of microphotoelectronic products for optoelectronic systems in science, industry, defense and security areas, space and other industries. The main products include photodetectors, photo sensors, including photoelectronic modules of the second and third generations operating in the spectrum of optical emission from ultraviolet to far infrared, which operates on photosensitive semiconductor materials and microelectronic schemes of reading and processing photosignals, including those cooled to cryogenic temperatures.
