The scanSPA welding monitoring system in ONLINE mode scans the profile geometry and transmits information to the machine / robot (part position, size of gaps, displacements). After that, the welding equipment processes the surface according to the received task.scanSPA works effectively with a large working distance (280 mm) and a wide measurement line (145 mm), as well as close to the treated surface.The system is very reliable due to the built-in filter that prevents the penetration of stray light. The system is protected from dust and dirt from the welding process.The interface is used to communicate with robots from different manufacturers.
