Synthesis of unmodified oligonucleotides is carried out on an automatic synthesizer by the amidophosphite method. The synthesis technology allows you to get any amount of oligonucleotides. Upon completion of the synthesis, the oligonucleotide is removed from the polymer carrier, the protective groups are removed from it (deprotection step), and then it is purified using reverse phase HPLC or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Oligonucleotides meet all quality requirements and exactly correspond to passport data (see the passport for oligonucleotides).
