The radiometer is used to measure the illumination of workplaces, the brightness of display screens and kinescopes, the irradiance of any irradiators in the infrared, visible and ultraviolet regions of the spectrum, to determine the effective and dangerous effects of radiation, the ripple coefficient and other characteristics of optical radiation in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
