Additional Program Strategic Management in Global Economy (28 academic hours). The main goal of the program is acquisition of theoretical and practical experience for participation in strategic management of companies and projects for conducting diagnosis at enterprises, as well as improving competencies for successful implementation of the strategy using the examples of existing companies.
