We do a scenario calculation of the financial model based on the provided location information offered for opening the store. We independently measure the premises and prepare the projects necessary for opening the store. We transfer tools for effective control of the store, accounting for economic indicators and reporting. We calculate the individual assortment matrix of the store, taking into account the statistics of sales of the federal network. We develop staffing and motivation system for each store. Trained The staff is based on its own training center. We regularly monitor the store by our own retail network employees.
