The city boy named Uncle Theo has friends in the village of Prostokvashino; these are the cat Matroskin, the dog Sharik and the old grumbling postal worker Pechkin. The boy prefers to spend time with them. Unlike parents, the cat and the dog regard his opinion and treat him like an adult. They live in a farm and master modern technologies together. Uncle’s Theo’s parents have a little daughter Vera, and she wants to live in Prostokvashino, where she found a very unusual friend. The new series are the sequel of a signature cartoons shot by Souzmultfilm in the 80s.
