A distinctive feature of the Elneb-T compressor inhaler is the ability to heat the aerosol to a temperature of 32 deg, which allows to eliminate the main drawback of compressor inhalers - cooling of the aerosol during the procedure to a temperature of 15 -17grad. Cooling of the aerosol reduces the effectiveness of the inhalation procedure, reduces the accuracy of dosing of the drug substance and makes it impossible to use conventional compressor inhalers for cold-sensitive patients.
