Laser lancet Erbilite
DESCRIPTION
The device is intended for use by professional medical staff for taking blood samples from patients in health care facilities, laboratories, blood transfusion stations and other medical institutions where the extraction of capillary blood is performed. The laser lancet is based on a pulsed erbium garnet laser (YAG: Er), with a wavelength of 2.94 μm. The coefficient of absorption of light in water, the content of which in human tissues reaches 85%, reaches extremely high values at a given wavelength, which allows for a shortest time of 1/4000 sec. make a "microchannel" due to the evaporation of biological tissues. The procedure of finger perforation is carried out with minimal pain, since there is no mechanical contact. The surface of the formed channel has an even structure, not carbonized, which provides excellent wound healing.
