The equipment "PHOTON 1200" is designed for the continuous testing during the series productions of pipes and axles to check their compliance with the specified geometric parameters. It is used in the pipe and metallurgical enterprises, producing pipe fittings and round bars. The "PHOTON 1200" principle of operation is based on measurements of geometric parameters in the same section during the rotational and translational movement of inspected parts. The system is stationary and easily built into the customer’s conveyor. Depending on the production demands, "PHOTON 1200" is programmed for the required scanning step, with regard to the testing size. There is a built-in flaw alarm function (FAS). Data collection, processing and display of test results via PC are available online. Test objects are industrial pipes, rods, axles, various shafts (of engines, turbines, generators).
