VAT PASTEURIZERS (VPS)
Vat pasteurizers are designed for heat processing of milk, in-process treatment of milk and milk products, for ripening of fermented dairy products, processing of cottage cheese and cheese curd. Design and Operational Logic: VP consists of a vat, housed in a cladded enclosure with four supporting feet. The lower part of the water jacket houses electric heating tubes, whose input terminals are located on the back lateral surface of VP inside an enclosure. The tank is equipped with temperature sensors for monitoring the temperature of the product and the water in the jacket, water level sensor for monitoring the level of water in the jacket. A mixer is used to mix the product. All the processes are controlled with a control panel.
