Mobile computing system MIVS-3 is a device for measuring the quality of power supply and other parameters of electric power of aircraft power supply systems. It is used in measuring and testing laboratories. MIVS-3 is a measuring device with insulated inputs for measuring object parameters in a four-wire three-phase AC grid, a single-wire DC network; it performs the following functions: - calculation of current values ​​of parameters; - accumulation and statistical processing of information received; - output of the measured information in graphic form on the display; - output of the protocol of measurement results.
