Arches of the buildings are made of 0.8 – 1.5 mm galvanized steel sheet, depending upon span width and loads in the area of erection. The arch consist of several segments bolted together with special bin bolt with sealing PE washer. Overlapping of the panels and special bolts guarantee our buildings are 100% waterproof. The width of the arch is 62.3 cm. It’s possible to get any length of the building adding required amount of arches. The standard supply contains two endwalls. Openings for windows, overhead and service doors are upon customer’s request and supplied with a frame. Our arch buildings can be made up to 24 m clear span ensuring useful floor space without supporting pillars and columns. Steel span buildings can sustain earthquakes up to 9 points Richter scale, strong winds up to 150 km/h, and severe snow loads. Life time of the buildings is up to 50 years. Every building can be insulated with polyurethane foam or mineral wool mats.
