Encyclopedia of Russian avant-garde - the most complete set of materials on the art of Russian avant-garde 1907-1932. The materials were collected for more than 20 years, the work on the publication took 5 years. The result was a three-volume encyclopedia containing more than 1200 articles and 4000 illustrations. 238 art critics and 88 museums took part in the project. The authors are art historians Vasily Rakitin and Andrey Sarabyanov. The book is awarded a "Book of the 2015 year" in the category "Art-book" by the Federal Agency for press and mass communication of the Russian Federation.
