The device is designed for observation, detection and recognition of objects, when working in night and adverse conditions. The device has a thermal imaging channel based on an uncooled microbolometric matrix and a night channel based on an image intensifier. Channels have optical alignment in the device's eyepiece construction. In the combined mode, the thermal image is optically superimposed on the image obtained through the night channel based on the image intensifier. Due to the application of the thermal imaging channel, the range of objects detection increases, and due to the use of a night channel based on the image intensifier, the range of object identification increases.
