Crocus Nano Electronics – First semiconductor 300mm wafers fab in Russia, was established in 2011 by initiative from Rusnano. CNE manufacturing facility capable to run back-end of the line semiconductor processes for 90/55nm nodes. CNE develops emerging process technologies, manufactures (prototyping) semiconductor devices and provide highly technologies engineering and manufacturing services for electronic companies. Also, CNE provides turnkey solutions - cover development, photomask design, 300mm wafer fabrication, assembly & packaging, test and qualification, logistics, and other required services.
