La SOCIÉTÉ À RESPONSABILITÉ LIMITÉE SYNTEZ-PROEKT fondée en 2015 pour mener des recherches scientifiques, a le statut de participant au projet pour la création et l'exploitation du centre d'innovation de Skolkovo. La Société mène des recherches scientifiques dans le domaine de la création de liants résistants aux rayonnements et aux fissures pour les constructions en fibre de carbone des engins spatiaux à longue durée de vie (15 ans et plus) en orbite, ainsi que d’autres études.
