LLC Mapper is a subsidiary of a Dutch company Mapper Lithography B.V. LLC Mapper manufactures electron optic elements for Mapper Lithography using MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) on 100 mm wafers. LLC Mapper is a resident of Technopolis “Moscow”. LLC Mapper has about 1500 m2 of cleanroom space, more than 30 units of production equipment for 100 mm wafers processing. The company’s equipment train is capable to produce small and medium-sized volumes.
