The Enlightenment Publishing House has a rich and vibrant history, longstanding traditions inextricably linked with the history of the country and the educational system.
In 1930, a resolution of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (Bolsheviks) “On universal compulsory primary education” was adopted, the construction of new schools began, and the training of teachers was expanded. The country's leadership outlined the priority measures for the formation of the educational and methodological infrastructure of the school, including the opening of a specialized publishing house of educational literature.
